What is the location of your piano studio?
The studio is located in Richardson, on Spring Valley Road, near Central Expressway.
Do I need to have a piano?
Yes, either a piano or an electric keyboard with 80 keys, which are weighted and has a foot
pedal.
What is the fee for the lessons?
The fee is for the block of time that will be set up for you each week. It will be your choice,
either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. We will determine this during your evaluation at our first
meeting.
At what age can my child begin piano lessons?
Ideally, the best age for your child to begin is seven. However, some students may begin at an
earlier age.
Can I begin lessons as an adult?
Yes, adults can begin at any age and become very successful with technique at the piano. It is a
myth that "only children can take piano lessons".
Is experience needed before I begin?
No, I will teach you from the very beginning through advanced levels.
Do you teach advanced students?
Yes
Will I learn to read music?
Yes, you will learn to read music with a proven technique.
Will I learn music theory?
Yes, you will learn theory from the very beginning to advanced levels.
Will you travel to our home for the lessons?
